Public & NFP Facilities

Building a better Hunter Valley

With our famous vineyards, agriculture and coal mining history, not to mention our spectacular scenery and appeal as a tourism destination, the Hunter Valley community is developing fast.

To support our growing community and preserve our heritage buildings, Compton Projects specialises in providing construction services for public facilities, community-focused and not-for-profit projects.

Churches and Heritage Landmarks

We specialise in working with church, community and not-for-profit groups on the construction, upgrade and maintenance of religious and heritage buildings.

Heritage buildings can be very delicate, and require specialist services to safely restore them to their former glory. Specialising in heritage restoration, Compton Projects was recently commissioned to upgrade the 180 year-old Christ Church Cathedral – an iconic and cherished Newcastle landmark.

Seniors Living

Compton Projects is highly experienced in the construction and modification of Seniors Living and Retirement Village complexes, ensuring buildings and facilities are safe and accessible. Seniors Living modifications can include installation of disability access ramps, wider doors, mobility-friendly walkways and amenities, and more.

Disability Access

Having compliant Disability Access facilities is a legal requirement for commercial buildings and strata complexes. That means that Disability Access requirements must be factored in to the design, whether you are establishing, overhauling or upgrading a commercial or strata building.

Compton Projects is well versed in Disability Access requirements, and can work with you to ensure all Disability Access requirements are met.
